Your first visit to our clinic will consist of an examination and assessment, followed by the appropriate muscle work and treatment, as well as maintenance plan.

Your first visit to our clinic will give our staff the chance to get to know you and your circumstances and for you to learn what treatment options would work best for your situation.
The doctor will examine you, ask you a series of questions on health history, current conditions and points of concern. A physical exam will follow.*
If the doctor feels it is appropriate he will, with your consent, begin treatment. This may include, but is not limited too, adjustments of the spine, neck, back or hip and various types of muscle work.
At the end of your first appointment you can discuss with the doctor a treatment plan going forward.
Should you wish too, you may also book a session of Rejuvenation Therapy to coincide with treatment or on its own.
We recommend that it be booked following a treatment/adjustment to reap the full benefits it has to offer.
Your first appointment with us will be longer than those that follow.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we are ready to begin right away.
*The first examination will require a one-time fee, however any future evaluations will be at no charge!
A no tolerance policy applies to "no shows" or missed appointments. It is the client’s responsibility (even if it can be done at the last minute) to notify the Chiropractor that they are unable to make the appointment. Exceptions will be made for your first missed appointment, however should this become a re-occurrence the client will be charged the full amount of the treatment they did not attend.
Under special circumstances the client will not be penalized, but this will be at the Chiropractor’s discretion.***
A credit card will be held on file for this purpose only and a receipt will be mailed to the individual, so they know if a no show/missed appointment fee was charged. Being excessively late can also constitute a no show/missed appointment if the Chiropractor is not warned ahead of time.
To help keep your appointments we have implemented electronic reminders in the form of two emails (one 48 hours and one 24 hours) and a text (3 hours) prior to the appointment!
***Please DO NOT COME IN if you are feeling sick, have a fever, or have been in contact with anyone suspected or confirmed having COVID-19 or have traveled outside the country within the last 14 days of your appointment. Should your circumstances change prior to your appointment, please call our offices ASAP and your appointment will be rescheduled at no charge.***
